Pre-appointment Information

1. Additional guests are not permitted in the piercing area for liability reasons, therefore we ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment (children included). 

*The only exception will be for clients under 18. A parent/legal guardian will have to be present for the entire procedure. The parent/legal guardian will be the ONLY one allowed to accompany the minor. Siblings will not be allowed in, so please make other arrangements. If you show up with additional guests that can not stay in the vehicle you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to reschedule*

2. We sell piercing aftercare for $15 so that our clients don’t have to make an extra trip to the store. 

3. It is the clients responsibility to let us know if they are under 18. If you do not have the proper paperwork at your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to reschedule.

4. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee and will be asked to reschedule.

5. Per Kentucky State Regulations we are required to have a valid state or government issued photo ID on file for each client at every appointment. We can not accept copies or photos on your phone. 

6. Jewelry should not be removed for any procedures within the first 12 months. If you have an upcoming surgery/procedure check with your doctor to see if they can work around it. If not, you will want to postpone your piercing appointment.
