Please Read Carefully Before Booking

1. Additional guests are not permitted in the piercing area for liability reasons. 

*The only exception will be for clients under 18. A parent/legal guardian will have to be present for the entire procedure. The parent/legal guardian will be the ONLY one allowed to accompany the minor. 

2. Prices listed during booking are for the piercing fee only, you will have to purchase jewelry in the studio for an additional fee starting at $15.

3 We do not allow unaccompanied minors in the studio.

4. We sell Neilmed piercing aftercare for $15 so that our clients don’t have to make an extra trip to the store. 

5. It is the clients responsibility to let us know if they are under 18. If you do not have the proper paperwork at your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to reschedule.

6. Our cancellation fee applies in the following situations.

-Canceling with less than 24 Hours notice.

-Arriving to your appointment more than 5 minutes late.

-Arriving to your appointment without the proper paperwork.

-Arriving to your appointment under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

7. Per Kentucky State Regulations we are required to have a valid state or government issued photo ID on file for each client at every appointment. We can not accept copies or photos on your phone. 

8 Jewelry should not be removed for any procedures within the first 12 months. If you have an upcoming surgery/procedure check with your doctor to see if they can work around it. If not, you will want to postpone your piercing appointment. 

9. We do not offer oral piercings, septums (we will be resuming these in the coming months), surface piercings, dermals or genital piercings.
